30-year-old Samuel King Lampkins III wanders into stranger’s backyard, says he’s looking for “someone” on Alexander Boulevard on November 28th. A resident on Alexander Boulevard called the authorities regarding Lampkins being in their backyard. Officers arrived and located Lampkins in front of another residence, and he advised them that he had been drinking and consuming some marijuana. Lampkins was unaware of his whereabouts and was deemed a danger to himself. He was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Samuel King Lampkins of Bandera Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on November 28th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
