40-year-old Timothy Russell was seen swerving into the oncoming traffic lane in a silver Nissan Altima at Fort Campbell Boulevard on February 25th. Officers made contact and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Russell, who admitted to consuming “a couple of shots.” They conducted a probable cause search of his vehicle and located a bag of marijuana. Russell consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and then, after being informed about implied consent, refused to provide a blood sample. Timothy Russell was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence, implied consent, and possession of drugs.
Timothy Eugene Russell of Coyote Court in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 25th, charged with driving under the influence, implied consent, and drugs. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
