54-year-old Michelle Buggs was involved in an altercation with Jaylene Callender at the Montgomery Commons apartments on February 17th. Callender explained to officers that she was walking to her apartment when Buggs approached her and started yelling in her face. Buggs followed up by dousing Callender with a bottle of Bleach. The assault caused skin irritations on Callender’s shoulder, back, and leg. Michelle Buggs was taken into custody and charged with assault.
Michelle Yvette Buggs of Cunningham Place in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 25th, charged with assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000.
