30-year-old Bianca Frias was booked, once again, for violating her COR, which prohibits her from consuming or being in possession of alcohol. On November 7th, officers responded to Silver Fox Lane to find Ms. Frias drunk in a running Honda Civic that was parked in her driveway. Officers were able to easily identify Ms. Frias due to previous arrests. When officers made contact with Ms. Frias, they immediately noticed the odor of alcohol and asked Ms. Frias to perform sobriety tests. The officers reviewed Ring doorbell camera footage that showed Ms. Frias returning home with her four-year-old daughter, proving that she was driving her vehicle while drunk. She was taken into custody, and a warrant for a blood sample was issued. The four-year-old daughter was left in the care of her father. Ms. Frias has a a history of charges pertaining to alcohol.
Bianca Jazmin Frias of Silver Fox Lane in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on November 7th, charged with an implied consent violation, driving under the influence, driving on suspended/revoked license, and contempt. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $13,000.
