30-year-old Bianca Jazmin Frias violated her conditions of release at Silver Fox Ln. in the evening hours of October 5th. Officer Barnes responded to a call for service regarding a possible violation of bond conditions. Frias was visibly intoxicated as Barnes arrived. Frias has an active COR on file from a previous domestic assault involving her spouse, Stephen Burke, that prohibits her from possessing or consuming alcohol. Frias was taken into custody, and her 12-year-old son was left in the care of Burke.
Bianca Jazmin Frias of Silver Fox Lane in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 5th, charged with contempt. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000.
