38-year-old Isaiah Garvin was involved in a domestic incident with his wife, Naila Sousa, on April 20th. Law enforcement received an anonymous call stating that there was a female sitting at the curb asking for help. When officers arrived, they made contact with Sousa. Sousa told officers that Garvin had been verbally assaulting her daughter. She stated she stepped in between her child and Garvin to de-escalate the situation, which led to Garvin lunging at them. Sousa tried to push him away, but Garvin grabbed her by the arm and pulled her to the side. Sousa’s child corroborated Sousa’s side of events. Isaiah Garvin was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault on April 21st.
Isaiah Andrew Garvin of Bradford Alley in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 21st, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
