23-year-old Felipe Gomez was found swerving lanes on 101st Airborne Division Parkway by police officers on the night of October 21st. When Officer Bolden walked up to the vehicle, Bolden noted Gomez’s bloodshot eyes as well as a strong odor of alcohol. When questioned, Gomez admitted to consuming alcohol before driving. This prompted law enforcement to search his vehicle, finding multiple open containers of alcohol. Gomez then consented to a field sobriety test, performed terribly, and was taken into custody. Gomez has been charged with driving under the influence and containing an open container of alcohol.
Felipe Gomez Gomez of Lark Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 21st, charged with driving under the influence and open container. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
