58-year-old Samuel D Odle was walking in the middle of Fort Campbell Boulevard on the night of October 20th as officers were dispatched and found him walking on a concrete median. Odle told officers he had been walking in the roadway and acknowledged that he was honked at by drivers who passed him. When officers were trying to determine if Odle was impaired, he attempted to walk away and ignore their commands. Odle pulled away and refused to put his hands behind his back when officers were trying to arrest him. Officers were able to detain Odle and placed him in custody for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Samuel Don Odle of Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 21st, charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000.
