28-year-old Nathan Ruiz began arguing with his wife, Brianna Ruiz, about the state of their relationship as she was preparing their children for trunk or treat on October 20th. This led to Nathan grabbing her phone to go through it, looking for any sign of infidelity while preventing her from taking it back. Brianna attempted to call the police with Nathan’s phone, but he took the phone back before she could call. Nathan then proceeded to block Brianna in the bathroom so she couldn’t go anywhere unless she answered him. Officers arrived to their home on Castle Pickney Lane and questioned the couple, who shared the same stories. Ruiz was taken into custody and charged with false imprisonment and interfering with emergency services.
Nathan Andrew Ruiz of Castle Pickney Lane in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 20th, charged with false imprisonment and interfering with an emergency call. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000.
