Landon Talley lies about having diabetes after police find meth in his vehicle

36-year-old Landon Wayne Talley was pulled over on Providence Boulevard for a hands-free violation on the morning of October 20. Talley spoke with officers and told them that he only was holding the phone while it was on speaker and not using it. He then provided an expired identification card and did not have insurance for his car. Deputies deployed a K9 unit, got a positive indication, and searched Talley’s vehicle, where a spoon with “white powder” was found. The powdery substance field tested positive for methamphetamine. In addition to this, officers also found used and unused insulin needles, and a dose vial labeled “Trenbolone Acetate, 100mg/10mL Dose Vial, Intramuscular Only.” Talley told officers that he was diabetic but could not answer any diabetes-related questions, so he was taken into custody for driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle, not having proof of insurance, methamphetamine violations, simple possession, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Landon Wayne Talley of Martin Martin Rd in Waverly, KY, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 20th, charged with a methamphetamine violation, simple possession/casual exchange, unlawful drug paraphernalia, no registration, no license, and no insurance. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $10,000
