He then provided an expired identification card and did not have insurance for his car. Deputies deployed a K9 unit, got a positive indication, and searched Talley’s vehicle, where a spoon with “white powder” was found. The powdery substance field tested positive for methamphetamine. In addition to this, officers also found used and unused insulin needles, and a dose vial labeled “Trenbolone Acetate, 100mg/10mL Dose Vial, Intramuscular Only.” Talley told officers that he was diabetic but could not answer any diabetes-related questions, so he was taken into custody for driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle, not having proof of insurance, methamphetamine violations, simple possession, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
