Local rapper “Trill Cuda” chokeslams girlfriend during altercation — Avante Moss

23-year-old Local rapper “Trill Cuda,” aka Avante Moss, was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Chloe Haney, at their Professional Park Drive apartment at 3:24 p.m. on June 5th. Haney told officers that during an argument between her and Moss, he had thrown her onto the couch and punched her once in the back of the head. After this, she stood up, and they immediately began arguing again before Moss picked her up by her throat with both hands and slammed her onto the ground, causing her to hit her head. Haney then stood up, and they continued arguing again before he picked her up for the third time and dropped her onto the ground, causing her to land on her elbow and hip. Haney informed officers that she attempted to call 911, but Moss grabbed her iPhone 12 out of her hand and threw it on the ground. Moss threw the phone again, breaking it into two pieces. Haney’s phone was valued at approximately $600. Officers observed injuries to Haney’s neck, elbow, head, arms, and legs. A warrant was issued, and Moss was taken into custody for aggravated assault, vandalism, and interference with emergency calls on June 19th.

Tiaone Taylor caught in 4K forcefully trapping wife inside house during altercation

40-year-old Tiaone Taylor was involved in a domestic altercation with his wife, Dora Garcia, at their Amblewood Way residence at 6:00 a.m. on June 12th. On the following day, Garcia reported that she had been involved in an altercation on the 12th with Taylor. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with Garcia, who immediately informed them that several cameras were around the house, and they captured what had happened. She told the officers that during an argument with Taylor, he placed his hands on her, trapped her, and threw things around on the floor.
Garcia alleged that Taylor enveloped her in a bear hug, restraining her, and forcibly moved her around the residence.

Garcia informed officers that this is when she tried to call 911, but he grabbed her phone to prevent the phone call, which has happened on several occasions. She stated that she had pain in her ribcage on the left side of her body as well as left arm pain and pain in her jaw from the bearhug and assault. Officers, however, did not see any evidence and only noticed a small amount of discoloration in her ribcages. There was also no evidence of trauma on her face or arms. Based on the evidence and statements given, Taylor was taken into custody for domestic assault and interference with an emergency call.

18-year-old Jaylon Rogers was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Lacy Humphrey, at their Copeland Road townhome on May 31st. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Rogers and Humphrey. Humphrey stated that as she and Rogers argued, Rogers grabbed her by her head and started shaking her. Humphrey went on to tell law enforcement that Rogers took her phone while she was trying to call 911, preventing her from doing so. When officers spoke with Rogers, he stated that nothing physical happened and that they only argued. 30-year-old Taylor Zilz was involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend, Riley Sanchez, at their Bosca Court residence on May 24th. According to the couple, an argument about infidelity led to Zilz throwing Sanchez’s phone onto the floor, shattering the screen. Sanchez ran upstairs to get away from Zilz, but he followed. During a brief altercation upstairs, Zilz took one of the children’s phones to stop anyone from calling 911. 22-year-old Kanteno Deshaun Shelton had a domestic incident with his girlfriend, Jyome Dixon, at her Kelly Lane apartment on the night of May 7th. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Dixon, who stated she had been trying to leave all day, but Shelton would not let go. Dixon stated this is because he found paperwork in her car that had to do with making him leave the unit. Dixon stated that this made Shelton upset, and when she asked him for her car keys, he refused to give them to her. Then, Dixon tried walking out of the apartment. Shelton prevented her from leaving by wrapping his arms around her waist, squeezing her to the point where she had to push him to get free. Dixon added that when she went to the bedroom, he followed her and wanted to talk, but she told him she did not want to. Shelton responded by pushing her onto the bed, pinning her down, and pulling her hair. Dixon said he took her phone and changed the password after she tried to call 911.

When officers spoke with Shelton, he told them that he and Dixon’s altercation was strictly verbal, adding that she was mad about him sleeping all day. During their interaction, Shelton complained about his shoulder being out of its socket. He told officers it happened when he got upset and placed his arms over his head. Shelton was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault and interference with an emergency call on May 8th.

24-year-old Shaovion Davis was involved in a domestic incident with her girlfriend, Traci O’Neil, at an Alonzo Place residence on May 14th. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with both Davis and O’Neil, who had two different stories of what happened. After an investigation and questioning, officers determined that Davis had started the fight and argument with O’Neil over prior events. 29-year-old Cody Miracle was jailed on July 29th for assaulting his child’s mother when she wouldn’t have sex with him. Mariann Key told police that she had met up with Cody to speak about the COR on file, with their child being the protected party. According to Mariann, Cody became irate during the conversation and told her that she couldn’t leave until she had sex with him. He began removing her clothes and she tried to call the police so he snatched her phone and broke it. Cody then pinned her down by her hands and neck. 34-year-old David Owen was jailed on May 6th after beating his uncle in the head with a cane after overhearing a disagreement about breakfast. Eva Parker told police that she asked her grandson, Philip Rubio, how many eggs he wanted for breakfast, and he replied, “three.” David Peacher told Philip that there wouldn’t be enough for everyone else. During that conversation, Mr. Owen came from the back room with a whittled stick that he used as a cane and hit Mr. Peacher over the head, leaving a gash that bled profusely. The victim says Gray got on top of her on the bed and began to choke her as the argument escalated. As she attempted to call 911, he grabbed the phone from her. As she was able to escape his grasp on the bed and stand up, he reportedly strangled her from behind.

Alaisea Matavao charged with assault of ex-boyfriend; punches him in face while drunk

29-year-old Alaisea Antonina Matavao was jailed this week on an outstanding warrant charging her with domestic assault and interfering with an emergency call during a June incident with her ex-boyfriend, Ronald Campbell. Campbell told police Matavao had texted to ask if she could come over, and he agreed. While she was there he says she became intoxicated and overstayed her welcome, and he asked her to leave, to which she refused. As he was escorting her out of his home, he says she punched him in the face. As he grabbed his phone to call police, so things didn’t get out of hand or be misinterpreted, she took the phone from him. He then sat in his car until she left the property. Officers arrived after she had left and documented a “very swollen” eye where he had been punched with fresh bruising. A warrant was issued for her arrest.
