25-year-old Brandon Patton reportedly took the phone of his girlfriend, Alayah Robinson, during an argument on March 19. When she attempted to retrieve her phone, she said he punched her. She was able to grab the phone and call 911, but shortly after, he pulled the phone from her, disconnected the call, and began punching her again.
Brandon Keith Patton of Oak Arbor Ct in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 19th, charged with aggravated assault, false imprisonment, domestic assault, and interfering with an emergency call. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $6,000.
