22-year-old Ft. Campbell Soldier Julson Julien was swerving between lanes on Ft. Campbell Boulevard in the early hours of October 28th. Julien was visibly intoxicated when officers approached his vehicle. He consented to sobriety tests, performed poorly, and provided a breath sample that resulted in 0.132% BAC. Julien was then taken into custody for driving under the influence.
Julson Julien of Strike Blvd in Fort Campbell, KY, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 28th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,500.
