23-year-old Thomas Mitchell Ashley, an employee of Rock Dale Gymnastics, was sleeping on the steps of the Dunn Center on October 28th. Officers approached Ashley, who was visibly intoxicated as he admitted to consuming alcohol earlier. He could not state where he was going or coming from. So, Thomas was placed into custody for public intoxication.
Thomas Mitchell Ashley was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 28th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
