21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Christopher Robert Morris was violating traffic laws at Fort Campbell Boulevard on October 27th. Officers observed Morris conduct an illegal U-turn, and when they activated their sirens, he failed to yield and continued to speed down Fort Campbell. Morris was taken into custody for evading arrest and disobeying traffic devices on October 30th.
Christopher Robert Morris of Victory Rd in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 30th, charged with evading arrest and obedience to any required traffic control device. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $5,000.
