22-year-old Ledarius Lamont Lusk stole from the Shell Gas station on Riverside Drive in the early hours of January 29th. Officers were dispatched regarding suspicious activity and located Lusk when they arrived, reeking of alcohol. Then, Lusk admitted to stealing a beer from the gas station before officers arrived. Lusk was deemed a danger to himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Ledarius Lamont Lusk of Cumberland Station in Madison, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail and charged with public intoxication on January 29th. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
