DUI: Soldier Devin Rivera has one margarita before swerving between lanes on Fort Campbell Boulevard

22-year-old Soldier Devin Rivera was seen swerving between lanes and nearly crashing into another vehicle at the intersection of Fort Campbell Boulevard and Lafayette Road on March 9th. Officers made contact and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached Rivera, who was displaying visible signs of intoxication. Upon further inspection of River’s car, three unopened bottles of Corona were seen on the passenger side floorboard. When Rivera was asked if he had consumed any alcohol, he admitted that he had one margarita. Officers then conducted a probable cause search of his vehicle, which yielded an empty Cayman Jack Margarita can. Devin Rivera was then taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence with no registration, no license, and no insurance.

Devin Elijah Rivera of Entrance Road in Fort Campbell, KY, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 9th, charged with driving under the influence, no registration, no license, and no insurance. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $2,000.
