28-year-old Theodore McSwain was intoxicated at the Whataburger drive-thru on North 2nd Street on March 9th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and made contact with McSwain. As officers approached McSwain, they observed clear signs of intoxication along with the smell of alcohol. McSwain consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly. After further investigation, McSwain admitted to drinking two beers an hour before the incident. Theodore McSwain was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.
Theodore Dayno McSwain of Deer Ridge Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 9th, charged with driving under the influence. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,500.
