50-year-old Topeka Harding is charged with felony false reports after threatening to blow up Tennova Hospital last week. Harding arrived for her appointment at the hospital’s registration desk at 3:15 p.m. and was told that she had missed her appointment and would have to contact scheduling for a new appointment time. She yelled and screamed at multiple employees at the registration desk and stated that if she didn’t get a phone call by 4:30 p.m., she would be back to blow up Tennova. Her bond was set at $50,000.

Dorothy Elliott charged with punching her father, who refused to give her a cigarette

25-year-old Dorothy Elliott is jailed on a $1,000 bond after police say she forced her father’s bedroom door open and demanded him to give her a cigarette. Her father, Arllie Elliott, told her to leave his bedroom multiple times, however, she refused. He recorded the interaction on his phone, which shows her then pushing him onto the bed and punching him. When interviewed, she wasn’t aware there was a recording and claimed that she never assaulted her father.
