36-year-old James Aro Yeargin had a domestic incident with his girlfriend, Jessica Wilk, at their Silty Drive residence around 8 p.m. on May 21st. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Wilk, who stated that she and Yeargin argued in their bedroom over travel arrangements to Florida, which escalated when he pushed her into their TV, causing the screen to crack. Their dispute continued into the hallway, where he spit in Wilk’s face. Yeargin was taken into custody for domestic assault on May 22nd.

Jessica Wilk throws statue at boyfriend in argument over “messy house”
28-year-old Jessica Wilk and her boyfriend, James Yeargin, returned to their home on April 14 when James reportedly started an argument about the house being “a mess.” Both parties claim the other pushed them, and Jessica admitted to throwing a statue at James and breaking it. James was able to duck, and it only grazed his hands, leaving visible cuts and destroying the statue. Jessica was determined to be the primary aggressor and taken into custody.
