28-year-old Jessica Wilk and her boyfriend, James Yeargin, returned to their home on April 14 when James reportedly started an argument about the house being “a mess.” Both parties claim the other pushed them, and Jessica admitted to throwing a statue at James and breaking it. James was able to duck, and it only grazed his hands, leaving visible cuts and destroying the statue. Jessica was determined to be the primary aggressor and taken into custody.
Jessica Ann Wilk was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 14, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $500.
