Underage DUI: Charles Al Abiudi speeds 80 mph on Dover Road, blows 0.126% BAC

19-year-old Charles Al Abiudi turned his lights off as he sped down Dover Road on May 22nd. Officers observed a white pickup truck going 80 mph in a 45 mph zone as he passed them. They later located him at the Raceway on New Providence Boulevard and approached to speak with him, during which they noticed he reeked of alcohol and exhibited signs of impairment, so they prompted him with sobriety tests. He performed poorly, and after being informed of implied consent, he agreed to provide two breath samples, which resulted in 0.126% BAC. Al Abiudi was taken into custody for speeding, headlight requirement violation, and driving while impaired.

Marty Lambert charged with DUI after leaving Scooter’s

54-year-old Marty Lambert was booked on May 21st after police pulled her over for a broken license plate light on Ashland City Road and Glendale Drive. Police pulled over Ms. Lambert in her white 1999 Chevy Silverado. She provided her ID, informed police that her license was suspended, and she didn’t have current insurance. Police noticed her bloodshot eyes and could smell alcohol coming from her breath. She told police that she was coming from Scooter’s Bar and Grill, where she had two drinks. Ms. Lambert consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly before giving up and refusing to continue.

Soldier Robert Henson charged with DUI after leaving Dover Road Bar at 2 AM

35-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Robert Henson says he just left an Army “farewell party” at a bar on Dover Road when he was observed by police driving with no exterior lights on his truck. During the subsequent traffic stop, Henson reeked of alcohol as he spoke and was visibly intoxicated. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking.

27-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Brandon Campbell was traveling southbound on Fort Campbell Blvd at 1 a.m. on May 1 with no visible tail lights. An officer conducted a traffic stop, during which Campbell reportedly reeked of alcohol. He had trouble standing and had slurred speech during the interaction. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking, after a blood draw. Campbell has a prior conviction for DUI on Fort Campbell from February of 2021.

27-year-old Kevin ‘Spark-plug’ Risher was driving on Dover Road in the early morning hours of January 24 without any headlights or taillights, according to police. Officers conducted a traffic stop, and Risher had trouble providing his license and fumbled throughout the interaction. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking, where he was charged with DUI. Risher has one prior DUI charge, which was reduced to careless driving.
