21-year-old Shayna Stone was confronted by law enforcement on October 24th when officers noticed a highly potent smell of weed from her vehicle. When officers questioned Stone, she told them that she did have marijuana, which prompted the officer to search the car. This led officers to find over 15 grams of marijuana in the vehicle, and Stone admitted to it being hers. Stone already had an active warrant out of Florida, showing that she would not appear in court. Stone was taken into custody and charged with simple possession. Stone has a history of Marijuana related charges, including an incident in July 2023.

The officer noticed the odor of marijuana and asked if she had any in her vehicle. She told the officer that she couldn’t lie; there was marijuana in her vehicle. Police found 47.7 grams located in the center console, and Stone was placed under arrest.
