29-year-old Luke Chowning, who works at the Rascon School of Combat Medicine at Fort Campbell, nearly collided with a Clarksville Police officer in his vehicle on March 23rd just after 4 p.m. When a traffic stop was conducted, he stated he consumed “a lot” of alcohol and admitted he was drunk. A search of the vehicle revealed an almost empty White Claw can. Chowning was mostly unable to stand on his own and fell multiple times as he walked into the hospital for a blood draw. #WhiteClawWasted
