Carmen Rivera says 23-year-old J’Wan Octavius Lloyd refuses to stop harassing her. She’s reportedly received multiple messages of bodily harm from Lloyd, placing her in fear of her safety. J’Wan Lyod was jailed on one count of harassment.
J Wan Octavius Lloyd was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on the outstanding warrant on April 1st, charged with harassment. He is free on a $1,000 bond via 911 Bail Bonding to his 6012 Todd Drive address in Clarksville.
