Amanda Tyra says she went next door to retrieve her dog from the yard of her neighbor on Lakeview Road, 34-year-old Brittney Howard. As she was leaving the yard, Howard came outside screaming and starting an argument. As Tyra was walking in the street, Howard followed her and threw a milkshake in her face, and punched her. Officers documented redness on Tyra’s face from what appeared to be an injury from an assault.
Brittney Nicole Howard, of Lakeview Rd in Clarksville, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 8th, charged with assault. She is free on a $500 cash bond.
