After an ongoing dispute with her neighbor, 68-year-old Virginia Johnson was trespassed from the ‘A’ side of the property in September of last year. Johnson, who lives on the ‘B’ side of the Veridian Drive property, went to get her mail on February 10 and on her return walk, became disorderly and threw a water bottle at the vehicle of her neighbor, Ms. Barone. Another neighbor, Karl Wolf, had video footage of another incident when Johnson trespassed onto the ‘A’ side of the property on February 5th at 6 a.m. Johnson was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Javell Johnson brandishes sawed-off shotgun at neighbors, says he’s “about this life!”
Just days after 30-year-old Javell Johnson raved on social media about getting his very first pedicure and showing off his toes, he got into a fight with his neighbors and showed off a sawed-off shotgun to them when screaming he was “about this life!” while making threats to their lives. Destiney Jones called 911 to report she had broken up a fight between Johnson and her husband, Terry Jones, when Johnson returned to his own home to retrieve what appeared to be a sawed-off shotgun and point it at them in the front yard.
Daryl Coates charged with poking & pushing his neighbor while making threats to harm him
On March 29th, James Ball says he was outside of his apartment on Ringgold Road when he was approached by his neighbor, 44-year-old Daryl Coates. Coats reportedly pushed and poked Ball on his shoulder, arms, and chest, while threatening bodily harm. A complaint was taken, and an arrest warrant was issued, charging Coates with assault. Coates was served with the outstanding warrant on May 17th.
Phillip Hicks arrested after neighbors complain he was naked in back yard ‘slightly aroused’
Neighbors say they were “panicked” after seeing 50-year-old Phillip Hicks naked and slightly aroused in the backyard of his Cindy Jo Ct. home on May 12th. Terry Nugent and Kye Jones report their neighbor was in the unfenced backyard, standing naked. They were able to obtain video of the incident before Hicks fled the scene before police arrived. Officers located him at Legends Bank on Tiny Town Road and conducted a show-up with the two witnesses, who were able to identify him as the naked nuisance.
Brittney Howard assaults neighbor with a milkshake to the face
Amanda Tyra says she went next door to retrieve her dog from the yard of her neighbor on Lakeview Road, 34-year-old Brittney Howard. As she was leaving the yard, Howard came outside screaming and starting an argument. As Tyra was walking in the street, Howard followed her and threw a milkshake in her face, and punched her. Officers documented redness on Tyra’s face from what appeared to be an injury from an assault.
