On March 29th, James Ball says he was outside of his apartment on Ringgold Road when he was approached by his neighbor, 44-year-old Daryl Coates. Coats reportedly pushed and poked Ball on his shoulder, arms, and chest, while threatening bodily harm. A complaint was taken, and an arrest warrant was issued, charging Coates with assault. Coates was served with the outstanding warrant on May 17th.
Daryl Allen Coates, of Ringgold Rd in Clarksville, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 17th, charged with assault. He is free on a $500 bond via 911 Bail Bonding.
