When we last covered 29-year-old Marquis Moultrie, he was finally being brought before a judge to begin to answer for the 2015 robbery of Sam’s Tobacco store. He posted a new $15,000 bond and failed to appear for the next four court dates. His bond company was issued a final forfeiture notice, and this week they were able to track down their bond jumper. Jamie Thomas and his team took Moultrie into custody. He remains jailed in lieu of a new $30,000 bond.

Ivy Hanna: drunk on the floor at Rookies Sports Bar
Staff at Rookies Sports Bar had to call 911 after 24-year-old Ivy Hanna was so intoxicated that she took up residence on the floor of the bar. She laid down and would not move, even when they attempted to relocate her to a more appropriate location inside the venue. Officers arrived to find her still on the floor and told officers she was unsure how she got onto the floor. They helped her stand and escorted her outside, where she continued to stumble and fall and then scream uncontrollably. She was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Soldier Joshua Dagrin casually walks away from DUI crash after injuring woman
26-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Joshua Dagrin, who was recently named the ‘Iron Warrior of the Week’ of the Rakkasans, crashed his vehicle into another vehicle at 17th and Broadway in Nashville in the early hours of Saturday morning and casually walked away from the scene. The injured driver of the other vehicle stated she watched Dagrin walk away from the accident, and Dagrin’s passenger, Danielle Caron, confirmed that Dagrin was the driver. He was located up the street and admitted he drank “a couple of beers” before driving. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking.
Fort Campbell Soldier Dakota Herrod booked after failing to appear for traffic citation
27-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Dakota Blake Herrod was jailed this week on an outstanding warrant issued when he failed to appear for a traffic citation in July. The original June citation charges him with traveling at 68 mph in a 45 mph, with no proof of insurance, and driving on a suspended license. He told the officer his cruise control was set at 64. When he didn’t appear for his July court date, a failure to appear warrant was signed.
Lanautica Smith booked on outstanding warrant after fight with her mother
23-year-old Lanautica Danielle Smith was jailed this week on an outstanding warrant from 2019 charging her with vandalism and interference with an emergency call. The 24-month-old warrant details that Lanautica was in a verbal altercation with her mother, Tonya, about removing items from her home. Tonya stated she was going to call 911, and Lanautica reportedly grabbed the phone out of her hands and smashed it on the ground. A warrant was issued for her arrest as she fled the scene before police arrived.
DUI: Adam Branam crashes car in stranger’s front yard at 4 a.m.
31-year-old Adam Wayne Branam told Clarksville Police he consumed 6 tallboy cans of beer before wrecking into a random person’s front yard on Tiny Town Road just after 4 a.m. Saturday. Officers arrived to find his sports car wrecked, and Branam stated he had just “lost control.” He was visibly intoxicated and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He initially agreed to a blood draw but refused once at the hospital, stating he wanted to “delay the process,” forcing the officer to request a warrant, which was granted.
Ricardo Enrique Wilhelm-Gamez charged in assault of girlfriend; tries to prevent 911 call
24-year-old Ricardo Enrique Wilhelm Gamez faces multiple charges after police say he physically restrained his girlfriend from leaving when she became uncomfortable during a verbal argument. He reportedly pushed her away from the door and attempted to contain her cell phone when she was calling 911. Wilhelm-Gamez denies all accusations and says it was only a verbal argument.
Gregory Dejarnett charged after striking and bruising daughter with belt & shoe
31-year-old Gregory Deon Dejarnett admits to striking his five-year-old daughter on the buttocks so hard with a belt and a shoe that it left severe bruising on her buttocks and bruising on her arm. Police say he also left bruises when he pulled her by the arm and grabbed her hair. The child victim was seen by medical professionals who reported the bruises were consistent with abuse and took significant force to inflict. Dejarnett admitted to leaving bruises on his daughter one other time during an interview.
Christopher Lopez charged in $8K embezzlement from Dollar General in Clarksville
20-year-old Christopher Lopez signed a statement, admitting to embezzling over $8000 from the Edmonson Ferry Dollar General store in Clarksville. The manager of the location first began the investigation after noticing a loss of $200 – $300 each day Lopez worked. Lopez admitted to stealing cash and cards over the past five months, for a total theft of $8,320.
Dézhan Dillard charged in assault of boyfriend, Devionne Wright; douses cigar with water
21-year-old Dézhan Dillard (Dézhan James Marcellis Dillard) was reportedly upset about something, and when his boyfriend, Devionne G. Wright, laughed about it, Dézhan poured water on the cigar he was smoking. Wright tossed his keys at Dézhan, and then the two tussled. A witness attempted to separate the lovers until Dézhan reportedly grabbed a knife and threatened to cut Devionne, and swung and struck the witness.
Brittney Howard assaults neighbor with a milkshake to the face
Amanda Tyra says she went next door to retrieve her dog from the yard of her neighbor on Lakeview Road, 34-year-old Brittney Howard. As she was leaving the yard, Howard came outside screaming and starting an argument. As Tyra was walking in the street, Howard followed her and threw a milkshake in her face, and punched her. Officers documented redness on Tyra’s face from what appeared to be an injury from an assault.
Paradise Anderson charged with burglary after beating her baby’s daddy
Clarksville Police got creative when they charged 27-year-old Paradise Arzelia Lorena Anderson with felony burglary on May 5th. Her ex-boyfriend says that on that day, he declined to let her pick up the child they have in common, and the argument quickly became physical. She reportedly forced open the door of his vehicle and attempted to remove the key from the ignition. During this attempt, she punched and scratched him multiple times, and officers documented scratches and a welt on his face from the assault. A warrant was issued for her arrest.
Julie Ou charged with punching a juvenile victim in the face
32-year-old Julie Ou is charged with the domestic assault of a 14-year-old victim who lives with her. The juvenile is on probation and reported to her probation officer that she was assaulted, who, in turn, contacted Clarksville Police. The victim says she was arguing with Julie on May 8th when Julie came up the stairs and out to the back deck and punched her head, and grabbed her hair. Julie then reportedly punched her in the face. Officers documented an injury on the victim’s face near her right eye.
Erica Grayer charged after pulling another woman’s hair at Hookah 21 in Clarksville
22-year-old Erica Grayer is charged with the assault of Yoneisha Antonetta Daniels at Hookah 21 on University Avenue in Clarksville. Court records allege Grayer followed Daniels across the parking lot, grabbed her hair, and yanked and pulled it. Daniels was able to free herself and escaped any further assault.
Clarksville’s “Anime Car Guy” Tyler Flanagan indicted in 2020 Nashville rape
21-year-old Tyler Flanagan, of Clarksville, was jailed Sunday, charged with a November 2020 rape. The Davidson County Grand Jury returned the charge in March. Flanagan is a prominent member of the Nashville and Clarksville car club scenes, locally known for his “anime” car, and a member of “931 Shitboxes”. He is free on a $10,000 bond.
