32-year-old Julie Ou is charged with the domestic assault of a 14-year-old victim who lives with her. The juvenile is on probation and reported to her probation officer that she was assaulted, who, in turn, contacted Clarksville Police. The victim says she was arguing with Julie on May 8th when Julie came up the stairs and out to the back deck and punched her head, and grabbed her hair. Julie then reportedly punched her in the face. Officers documented an injury on the victim’s face near her right eye.
Julie Ou, of Mason Ct in Clarksville, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on, May 9th and charged with domestic assault. She is free on a $1,000 bond.
