35-year-old Rachel Griggs is charged with the assault of her neighbor, Debbie Dabbs. Ms. Dabbs says she was sitting on her neighbor’s front porch on May 18th when Griggs came out of her front door carrying a pipe or bat and began yelling and screaming and cursing at the victim while threatening to cause bodily harm to her.
Rachel Nichell Griggs, of Butler Rd in Clarksville, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on May 20th, charged with assault. She is free on a $250 bond via 2nd Chance 24 Hour Bail Bonding.
