29-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Alexander Fair was unknowingly traveling in front of a THP Trooper’s vehicle when he accelerated to 76 mph in a 45 mph zone, and then accelerated to 86 mph a short time later. THP Trooper Adrian Cadena initiated a traffic stop in front of Gate 1 and placed Fair under arrest for reckless driving. He arranged for a friend to pick up the Mustang and he was transported to booking.
Alexander Michael Fair, of Lexington Dr in Clarksville, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on June 30th, charged with reckless driving. He is free on a $1,000 cash bond.
