Jeremy says he was in an argument with his girlfriend, 32-year-old Stephany Benton Rodriguez, and he asked her to leave his Grassmire Drive residence. He says she began to throw things and eventually pushed him, injuring his knee. Officers arrived at the location and observed a small injury and bleeding on the victim’s knee, and he stated his hand was hurting. Rodriguez claimed the argument was verbal and nothing physical occurred. Due to the victim’s injury, she was placed into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Stephany Benton Rodriguez of Yvonne Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 25th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $500.
