23-year-old Kaleb Smith is charged with the assault of a juvenile female inside a Clarksville McDonald’s on Wilma Rudolph Blvd. Police say video footage confirms the affidavit, which alleges Smith assaulted the juvenile co-worker by grabbing her by the wrists and dragging her across the floor of the restaurant.
Kaleb Luther Smith of Verkler Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on September 14th, charged with simple assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
