31-year-old Hannah Elliott is accused of punching her ex-husband. She was upset at how he was disciplining their son. William Elliott says he was punishing their son for being unruly by spitting at William’s new girlfriend and turning off his Xbox without warning. He says that as he was attempting to punish the child, Hannah exited her room in the residence and assaulted him. A witness, Norma Lind, says she witnessed the assault.
Hannah Marie Elliott of Overbluff Ln in Yamika, WA, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on October 7th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $500.
