22-year-old Jayan ‘Lil Tay Tay’ Chavez Forrest was booked this week on an outstanding warrant from October, charging him with the aggravated assault of his ex-girlfriend, Desiree Lee. He was reportedly retrieving some clothes that remained at her apartment when the two got into a physical altercation. She says Forrest grabbed her neck and slammed her against a wall until she had trouble breathing. Officers documents bruising on the side of her neck in the shape of finger marks.
Jayan Chavez Forrest of Kraft St in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on November 21st, charged with aggravated assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $15,000.
