Clarksville Police noticed two vehicles had pulled into the smoke shop on Riverside Drive just after 2 a.m. Saturday, and stopped to check on them, as bother vehicles had their flashers active. It was immediately clear the two vehicles had been involved in a crash. One of the drivers, 20-year-old Jennifer Forsythe, reeked of alcohol and was visibly intoxicated. She admitted to consuming “a few drinks” before driving, and performed poorly on field sobriety tests.
