33-year-old Brittney Kennedy failed to show up for court for a drug-related probation violation on a theft case from 2022. She filed a motion to have her warrant recalled after she jumped bond and also failed to show up for that court date. Jamie Thomas and his bounty hunter team say they beat on her door for several minutes this week until she eventually opened the door and surrendered herself to them.
In August, she was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in Montgomery County jail, to serve 6 days with 6 days of credit. The balance of jail time suspended upon the condition of good behavior and probation – Supervised probation for the balance of the sentence, and 56 hours of community service
Brittney Snow Kennedy was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on January 20th, charged with violation of probation – drug-related. She is jailed in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
