22-year-old Molina Rachel Iraldo called police on January 16 to have Ashley Turner escorted out of her apartment. Officers arrived and assisted as Turner was unable to prove residency. As Turner was exiting on her own accord, Molina aggressed toward her, and officers intervened before she could make contact. Molina then came outside, too, and began throwing Turner’s property around the area and causing a disturbance to the public. She refused commands to stop her behavior, and officers placed her in cuffs, detaining her for disorderly conduct. At that time, she turned toward Turn and spit on her, gaining her an additional charge for assault.
Molina Rachel Iraldo of Kingsbury Court in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on January on January 16, charged with assault and disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,500.
