45-year-old Charles West was jailed this week, charged with the harassment of his ex-girlfriend, Meredith Lyle. She says she created a post on Facebook on Feb 28, with stated she was in a relationship with a new lover. After viewing the post, West reportedly drove to her home and stated “If I can’t have you, no one else will,” and reminded her to “watch your back.” Lyle says she was placed in fear due to his prior violent history and his gang affiliation.
Charles Edward West of Overton Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 1st, charged with harassment. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
