37-year-old John Graham Jr. was jailed on April 4 after an altercation with his ex-girlfriend and roommate, Shania Ann Hand. She told police he became upset when she was on the phone with a friend and took her phone twice, each time slamming it against a wall. The second throw destroyed the phone, leaving it shattered and bent. She says he also threatened to “beat her,” which placed her in fear. He reportedly drew back his hand as if to backhand her but did not follow through. He was located nearby when police arrived and denied anything else happened other than a verbal altercation.
John Kevin Graham Jr. of Jockey Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on April 5th, charged with domestic assault and vandalism. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,500.
