Police say 35-year-old Jeremy Rugante was “tweaking” when they encountered him on Wilma Rudolph Blvd on March 28 just after 2 a.m. He was described as having “tweak” like movements with pinpoint pupils and was sweaty with slurred speech. He was unable to provide an address or arrange for anyone to take him to a safe place, so he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Jeremy Ralph Rugante of Crestview, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on March 28th, charged with public intoxication and contempt. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
