Police say 59-year-old Margaret Bashore showed up at Scooter’s Pub on February 11 already intoxicated and with her own supply of beer. The owner of the bar, Robert Smith, explained she couldn’t bring her own alcohol and she was too intoxicated to remain at the bar. She refused to leave, and police arrived to remove her. After they walked her outside, she attempted to re-enter the bar twice in their presence. After she was unable to arrange a ride home, she was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
Margaret Hay Bashore of Memorial Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 11th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $439.
