19-year-old Floridian Tyler Aaron Metsala rode as a passenger in his friend’s car when they were pulled over at Burger King in the early hours of January 20th. Officers noticed he had bloodshot eyes, slurred his speech, and reeked of alcohol. Once officers confirmed he was intoxicated, they learned he was not old enough to consume alcohol. Tyler also admitted to knowing that the driver was drunk as well. Officers deemed him to be a danger to himself and others, so they placed him into custody for public intoxication.
Tyler Aaron Metsala of Turtle Cove in West Panama City Beach, FL, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on January 20th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
