After an argument at their home, 32-year-old Heather Lee White followed her husband, Christopher White, to the Crunch Fitness on Fort Campbell Blvd, where he went so things would calm down at home. He told police that as he was in the parking lot, she approached his vehicle and blocked him in from the driver’s side, demanding they discuss the argument as she wasn’t finished. He attempted to crawl out the passenger side, but she grabbed his shirt and pulled him back into the vehicle, scratching him in the process. While she was pulling on his shirt, he attempted to get free from her and broke her left index finger in the process.
An arrest warrant states that 23-year-old Christopher Auston Lee White entered Lowe’s on Madison Street in April and rented a Husqvarna power pole pruner and a ‘Little Giant’ 16-foot ladder for a single day. When he did not return the items, the store emailed him, called him, and sent a certified letter. Despite all efforts to reach him, he never replied or returned the items, which had a retail value of $886.33. On July 12th, the store took out the warrant, and he was booked into custody on August 10th.
