DUI: Hannah Suiter drives recklessly down Trenton Road after drinking 1 margarita

On April 8th, 32-year-old Hannah Suiter, an employee of Frito Lay, was observed driving recklessly on Trenton Road. After locating her vehicle, officers found her parked near a tennis court. When Officers approached her and questioned her about her driving, Suiter admitted to having taken medication earlier that day. However, officers also detected the odor of alcohol coming from her and asked her to step out of the vehicle. At first, Suiter denied having consumed any alcoholic beverages but later admitted to having had one margarita. After failing multiple sobriety tests, Suiter was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

Jazmine Bible assaults ex-husband while attempting to get into his home

23-year-old Jazmine Bible was involved in a domestic dispute with her husband, David Silva, at Shelton Circle on March 8th. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and made contact with Bible. She informed officers that Silva wouldn’t let her in the house to get some of her property. Bible explained that while Silva was doing lawn work, she went to walk into his home. As she approached the front door, Silva ran through the garage and stopped her. Bible stated that she was a couple of feet inside the door before Silva pushed her back outside. The couple was going through a divorce, but nothing was finalized yet.

When officers contacted Silva, he stated that he saw Bible trying to enter his house. Silva explained to officers that he had already told her before the incident that he did not want her in his home. He told Bible to get out, prompting an argument. Silva admitted that he pushed her back outside the house. Silva also told officers that Bible scratched him on the arm, fighting him to get back into the house. Silva also informed officers that Bible had not lived at his residence for months. Jazmine Bible was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Eric Sotnick used cocaine before Trenton Rd Crash, had more stashed in his rectum — retrieved at ER

44-year-old Eric Sotnick faces a multitude of charges after police responded to a crash with injuries on Trenton Road on May 3rd where he was the driver. The crash left both him and his passenger, Kim Sotnick, unresponsive, and he fell out of the driver’s seat when medics opened the door. He admitted to using what he believed to be cocaine, however, he was revived with NARCAN, leading authorities to believe it was likely laced with Fentanyl. Once at the hospital, he allowed a nurse from the ER to retrieve a bag of white powder which tested positive for a cocaine base from his rectum.
