36-year-old Franklin Deshaun Carroll was jailed after the grandmother of his child, Cheryl Huntley, reported he was trying to take the child without permission. She says he was inches away from her face while yelling and jabbed his finger into her chest. She was in fear she was going to be further assaulted.
Franklin DeShaun Carroll was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 27th. He is jailed in lieu of a $250 bond.
