Kelly Hughs says her husband, 31-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Ryan Christopher Hughes, headbutted her twice and scratched her as he attempted to take her phone by force Saturday morning. Officers arrived at the Wingfield Court residence just before 11 a.m., and Ryan admitted that the two had a physical altercation over her phone.
Ryan Christopher Hughes of Wingfield Ct in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 27th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
