Amber Travis says she became upset with her 24-year-old boyfriend, Correal Murry, about him smoking in the house on February 13. She says she threw an ink pen at him when he refused to stop smoking. Correal then reportedly threw an Xbox controller at his girlfriend and then picked up a second controller and used it to beat her in the head multiple times. She says she retreated to the bathroom to call 911 while he attempted to break into the room. He fled before officers arrived and was taken into custody a short time later.
Correal Jaecze Murry of Fox Trot Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on February 14th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
